Water is a pretty important part of our diet. It’s because our bodies are about 60% water, and our blood is 90% water. Water is essential for all the cells and organs in our bodies to function properly. Drinking enough water will help regulate body temperature, lubricate joints, fish out body waste, and can prevent kidney damage.
And if you’ve ever heard the legend of the fountain of youth, it turns out it really exists — it’s just plain water. Drinking enough water daily will keep your skin healthier and can prevent premature wrinkling.
In other words, stay hydrated!
Although water is extremely important for our health, did you know that not all bottled water is created the same? Sure, they might all have some of the same labels, like “purified water” and “spring water,” but the contents inside the bottle vary from brand to brand.
Nope, there’s more than just plain water in that bottle. From differing water sources to added minerals and carbonation, you’ll find that most brands of water taste differently. And some of them are clearly better than the rest!
